The next step will be to offer a resolution, such as adjustments, corrective treatments, or consultations, within 7 days of your feedback being received. Our experienced team will work with you to meet your expectations.

In the rare instance where management determines that it is not possible to meet your expectations after reasonable corrective efforts, we will issue a refund for the service charged.
